Processing & Shipping

Where are my items shipping from?

We have warehouses and manufacturers in China and Pakistan, and a storefront in the United States. Some items are shipped from China or Pakistan, while others are shipped from the United States.

How long does shipping take?

All of our items have different estimated processing and shipping times. Some items are sent directly from our warehouse in China and could take anywhere from approximately 5-15 business days to arrive worldwide, whereas other items are shipped from our storefront in California, and arrives in 5-8 business days in the US, and about 5-15 business days worldwide. Some of our custom Unworldly Couture designs are available only for pre-order directly from Pakistan, and takes about 5-15 business days to arrive worldwide. Please read our descriptions to get a timeframe on shipment time.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

After the 7 days, we will only accept exchanges, or we can refund your balance in store credit (which never expires) up to 30 days after purchase. 

After 30 day time window, we will not accept any return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, attached to any tags that it came with, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this time. You will be responsible in paying for the shipping label cost.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on final sale items, accessories, or gift cards.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

How To Request A Return

To start a return, contact us at info@unworldly.store with your name, order number, confirmation receipt, reason for return, and whether or not you would like to return or exchange. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

You can always contact us for any return/exchange questions. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with your merchandise credit we will provide for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
